There are 4 delivery methods:
SURFACE MAIL - sea mail. Delivery time from 2 months. The shipping cost is calculated automatically by the site.
AIRMAIL - urgent mail. Delivery time from 14 days to 1.5 months. Orders over 2 kg are shipped in multiple parcels. Shipping costs are calculated automatically on the site.

EMS - courier home delivery. Delivery time from 7 days. The shipping cost is calculated automatically by the site.

Parcel Insurance
As a rule, our parcels always find their addressees. But it is important to know that Japanese mail provides compensation (insurance) for the loss of a postal item. The amount of compensation is determined by the declared value of the goods in the parcel.The insurance coverage for AIR - Parcels up to 2 kg are insured up to 6000 yen
The insurance coverage for EMS can be viewed here, it is 20,000 yen ($184) by default. Then 50 yen of insurance for every additional 20,000 yen of cost.

Package weighing up to 10 kg - 15,170 yen
Package weighing up to 15 kg - 19,190 yen
Resending parcels
Responsibility for the return of the package and repeated shipping costs lies with the buyer in the following cases:
1. When returning the parcel due to lack of demand at the post office.
2. In case of refusal to pay customs duty.
In these cases, the buyer pays for the re-sending of the parcel in the amount of 2,500 yen, even if the initial shipment was free for him.

We do not charge additional shipping fees. The entire territory of the Russian Federation belongs to the European zone.
The maximum weight of 1 order is 7 kg.
