Aging is NOT inevitable! Talking about NMN
Aging can be controlled! NMN - the main discovery in the field of youth and longevity
What is NMN?
NMN is short for nicotinamide mononucleotide. This is a substance found in vitamin B3 and is present in any living organism. NMN enters the bloodstream 10 minutes after ingestion, after 30 minutes it is converted by the body into the coenzyme NAD + (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide). With age, its content in the body rapidly decreases. In 50-year-old people, it is about 2 times less than in 20-year-olds.
Why is NMN needed?
NMN (converted to the NAD+ coenzyme in the body) performs two important functions: it acts on the mitochondria of cells responsible for energy, and on the sirtuin proteins responsible for longevity.
- People are able to move and think because the mitochondria of cells are constantly generating ATP energy. All living things use the energy of ATP for life. And most cells in the body use NAD+ to produce ATP. NAD+ is responsible for the production of ATP. When NAD+ disappears, the living being dies.
- In addition to the production of vital energy, NMN (converted to NAD + coenzyme in the body) is responsible for keeping the longevity protein - sirtuin - on. Sirtuin is a protein that exists in a variety of organisms, from bacteria to mammals, involved in the control of aging and lifespan. In humans, there are 7 types of sirtuins that control the aging of organs throughout the body. NAD is the switch for all 7 types of sirtuins. With age, the content of NMN in the body decreases, and sirtuin goes into a "off" state.
Positive action of NMN
- increases energy metabolism - helps to break down food and convert sugar into energy; it provides 95% of the energy for the human body
- resists aging, restoring damaged DNA chains; cell activation, cell viability, chromosome reconstruction, gene program stability, etc.
- activates all 7 sirtuins in the human body and plays an important role in the process of reverse cell signaling, energy metabolism, prevention of cell mutations, cell apoptosis and aging;
- improves the health and functioning of the brain, the human cardiovascular system;
- eliminates signs of tissue aging;
- Eliminates the appearance of cognitive impairment and Alzheimer's disease.
A Harvard Medical School study showed that administering NMN to 2-year-old mice for 1 week restored their energy, appearance, and cellular activity levels to 6-month-old mice. In human terms, this means changes in the body from the age of 60 to about the level of 20!
How to make up for the lack of NMN?
Some foods contain NMN, such as edamame beans, broccoli, cucumbers, and avocados. However, to get your daily NMN, you need to eat about 40 kg of broccoli or 300 avocados. The alternative is nutritional supplements containing NMN! It is believed that taking NMN, the precursor of NAD, is more effective, since NAD is not accepted by our body. 99% of NMN additives on the world market are made in Japan. This NMN is very pure and is isolated from yeast.
Latest NMN news:
Shizuoka University April 15, 2021 announced that he had discovered lactic acid bacteria that produce the compound "nicotinamide mononucleotide (NMN)", which is increasingly attracting the attention of scientists for its anti-aging effect. Preparations are underway for mass production. This will make Japanese dietary supplements with NMN more affordable, but at the same time high-quality and effective!
