Product description: Taisho Soft Pabron nasal Spray, 30ml
Soft three-part Japanese metered-dose nasal spray for treatment of rhinitis of various etiologies 30 ml.
Part of the spray consists of three components: naphazoline hydrochloride (vasoconstrictor effect), chlorpheniramine maleate (antiallergic effect) and benzene chloride (antiseptic).
Of tetrahydrozoline hydrochloride - a sympathomimetic component, which stimulates alpha-adrenergic receptors of the sympathetic nervous system, but it has little effect on beta-adrenergic receptors. Being a sympathomimetic, tetrahydrozoline hydrochloride has a vasoconstrictor action and reduces swelling. In intra application the drug causes vasoconstriction of blood vessels of the nasal mucosa. As a result of vasoconstriction there is decrease in swelling of the mucous membrane, reducing rinorei and facilitation of nasal breathing. The therapeutic effect of the drug develops within 1-2 minutes after application and lasts at least 6 hours. In applying the drug in the recommended doses of tetrahydrozoline hydrochloride is practically not absorbed in the blood system.
Chlorpheniramine maleate is a potent antiallergic drug used for the treatment of all allergic reactions.
Benzene chloride - antiseptic for the disinfection of the nasopharynx. Reduces irritation and conducts remediation of the nasopharynx.
Indications for use:
The drug is used as symptomatic agents in the treatment of patients with rhinitis of different etiology, such as allergic, viral, bacterial and vasomotor rhinitis.
The drug is also prescribed in the treatment of patients with pharyngitis, sinusitis and acute respiratory diseases, accompanied by edema of the nasal mucosa and rhinorrhea.
The drug can be used to reduce swelling of the nasal mucosa before performing diagnostic procedures.
Application:
-Adults and children over the age of 7 years is usually prescribed for 1-2 injections of the drug in each nostril 1-4 times a day.
-Children under 7 years not recommended!!
-Should be observed interval of at least 4 hours between applications of the drug.
The duration of treatment is usually 3 to 5 days. If necessary, more prolonged use of the drug after 5 days of use should take a break of 2-3 days, followed by a second course of treatment.
