Skin Checker is a mini-device designed to determine the degree of dryness and oily skin. Not everyone knows that the skin condition is constantly changing, the cosmetologist can determine the type of skin in the patient, but this type can change. The degree of oilyness and moisture of the skin depends on many factors: on the season, temperature, well-being, nutrition and even mood.

Depending on the condition of the epidermis, it is necessary to choose cosmetics in order to achieve the optimal result - healthy, radiant skin.

The device shows the condition of the skin with the help of an emoticon - smiling, neutral or sad, as well as different colors: green, orange and red. Skin condition is assessed in three ways: Moisture, Oil, and Elasticity.

Resilience is shown using the emoticon:

- a sad emoticon means that the skin is in poor condition, it is sluggish, elasticity is below normal;

- a neutral emoticon means that the skin is in normal condition, the elasticity is average;

- a smiling emoticon shows that the skin is in excellent condition, the elasticity is high.

Moisture and fat content are shown as a percentage, and skin condition is determined by their ratio. For example, dry skin is indicated by an insufficient amount of both skin sebum and moisture (both parameters are up to 30%). Dehydrated skin is characterized by a high content of sebum (35-45%) and low moisture (up to 30%). Oily skin is more or less normal hydration (30-40%) and a lot of sebum (35-50%). Normal skin condition has a moisture value of 35-50% and a fat content of 20-30%.

Thanks to the analysis of the skin condition, you can choose the right cosmetics and make how effective it is. If after prolonged use the parameters do not become normal, then cosmetics do not cope with their task and require replacement or adjustment.

How to use the device: for the data to be accurate, use the device on clean skin without makeup in a room with a temperature that is comfortable for you.

1. Hold the ON button (circled in red) for a few seconds until you hear a beep.

2. The screen with all indicators will light up.

3. After a few seconds, the screen goes blank. This means that you can start checking.

4. Apply the sensor to the skin and hold for 5 seconds until you hear a beep. If after checking the screen shows “Err”, then the sensor was either not close enough to the skin, or too little time passed and the device did not have time to collect data. In this case, press the ON button (without long pressing) ON to reset, after which you can repeat the test. After 4 minutes, the device automatically turns off.

Notes:

1. The device saves up to 10 previous test results. In the on state or at the end of the test, click the "Result" button, which is located to the left of the ON button.

2. The screen will show the result of the first test, including the color indicator.

3. By pressing the button again, you will see the result of the next check on the screen, and so on up to 10 times. When the number of results exceeds 10, the new result is overwritten to the place of the oldest record.
