Skin Checker is a mini-device designed to determine the degree of dryness and oiliness of the skin. Not everyone knows that the condition of the skin is constantly changing, a cosmetologist can determine the type of skin in a patient, but this type can change. The degree of fat content and moisture content of the skin depends on many factors: the season, temperature, well-being, nutrition, and even mood.

Depending on the condition of the epidermis, it is necessary to choose cosmetics in order to achieve the optimal result - healthy, radiant skin.

The device shows the state of the skin with the help of a smiley - smiling, neutral or sad, as well as in different colors: green, orange and red. The condition of the skin is evaluated according to three parameters: hydration (Moisture), fat content (Oil) and elasticity (Elasticity).

Elasticity is shown with a smiley:

- a sad emoticon means that the skin is in an unsatisfactory condition, it is sluggish, elasticity is below normal;

- a neutral emoticon means that the skin is in normal condition, the elasticity is medium;

- a smiling emoticon shows that the skin is in excellent condition, elasticity is high.

Humidity and fat content are shown as a percentage, and the condition of the skin is determined by their ratio. For example, dry skin is indicated by an insufficient amount of both sebum and moisture (up to 30% both). Dehydrated skin is characterized by high sebum content (35-45%) and low moisture (up to 30%). Oily skin is more or less normal moisture (30-40%) and a lot of sebum (35-50%). The normal condition of the skin has a moisture content of 35-50% and a fat content of 20-30%.

Thanks to the analysis of the skin condition, you can choose the right cosmetics and monitor how effective they are. If, after prolonged use, the parameters do not become normal, then the cosmetic products do not cope with their task and require replacement or adjustment.

How to use the device: For accurate data, use the device on clean, makeup-free skin in a room at a comfortable temperature for you.

1. Hold down the ON button (circled in red) for a few seconds until you hear a beep.

2. The screen with all indicators will light up.

3. After a few seconds, the screen will turn off. This means that you can start checking.

4. Apply the sensor to the skin and hold for 5 seconds until you hear a beep. If, after checking, the screen shows “Err”, then the sensor was either not close enough to the skin, or too little time had passed, and the device did not have time to collect data. In this case, press the (without long press) ON button to reset, after which you can repeat the test. After 4 minutes the device switches off automatically.

Notes:

1. The device saves up to 10 previous test results. In the on state or at the end of the test, press the "Result" button, which is located to the left of the ON button.

2. The screen will show the result of the first test, including a color indicator.

3. By pressing the button again, you will see the result of the next test on the screen, and so on up to 10 times. When the number of results exceeds 10, the new result is overwritten in place of the oldest entry.
