Lactic acid bacteria and bifidobacteria, once in the body, synthesize antibacterial substances that are not allowed to develop pyogenic microorganisms. They belong to the classical probiotics, creating favourable conditions and stimulating the growth of normal microflora of the intestine. But we should remember that attaching to the intestinal wall and forming small colonies of a temporary nature, to consume probiotics to maintain normal microflora needs to be regularly. Colonies of lactic acid bacteria synthesize antibacterial substances, do not allow pathogenic organisms to multiply in the intestines and protect the body from the penetration of intestinal bacteria into the bloodstream.
