Shimaya Kombu Dashi is a granular soup broth that has the perfect rich dashi flavor thanks to kombu seaweed (a type of kelp) from southern Hokkaido. It gives soups and stews an exceptional flavor.
You can also use it as a cucumber marinade. To do this, place the cucumbers and dashi broth in a plastic bag, stir gently, leave for about 10 minutes and drain. Pickled cucumbers are ready!
This product does not contain allergenic ingredients. Convenient stick packaging simplifies cooking and keeps the product fresh.
